Running a SBC 408 with the Pro Flo 4 for a couple of months now and it is going great.
So my dad is going to go on holiday with the car in a couple of months.
I have seen a couple of posts about guys breaking the distributor rotor and although I know it was only a few isolated cases, I don't want my dad stuck 1500km from home with a not running car because of one cheap plastic part.

Unfortunately we live in South Africa so we can't just walk into a local spare shop and buy a new rotor. So I want to order a rotor from Summit.

Do all the Pro Flo 4 systems (for Chevy and Ford) use the same rotor?

The part number I got off the forum is Standard Motor Products FD308

Is that right for a SBC?

I just want to make sure I order the right part.

    Thanks in advance

    Edited:
The Chevrolet distributors use 2 different types of rotors.

    1. Looks like this: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/edl-22734
    2. Looks like this : https://www.summitracing.com/parts/edl-2273
