XT install on Mopar 440 in a 69 Charger

Nice...I've been swamped at work and out of the loop. Kind of had to prioritize taking care of the truck before moving back to the Charger/Duster. Any more progress or issues on the install?

The install went really good and easy. The other things have slowed me down, it's the busy time of year on the farm. I have also relocated the battery to the trunk, added electric fans, ect. Can't wait to try out the pro flo on the road, it does great sitting stil .

What supercharger are you thinking about doing?

I have looked into the Torque Storm superchargers and also a Pro-Charger setup from the supercharger store. I decided against the Torque Storm setup for a few reasons. I am also considering stroking it to a hair over 500 ci instead of supercharging it.

I am finally starting the install of my Pro Flo 4 XT on my Charger. I previously was running FiTech and didn't have any problems with it, I just wanted to upgrade to multi port EFI, gain some hood clearance, and possibly put a supercharger on it. I will document my install here for any other Mopar guys interested

can almost make out the part number for the intake tube . can you post the part number and where you bought it.

Sure, I was planning to list the stuff I use to plumb the intake once I get it fabbed up. I am planning to cut a hole in the inner fender so that I can run the filter in cool air for the intake. I have bought several pieces to help in this process and I will list them below:

These show the hood clearance on a 69 charger with a factory hood and 440. There is more clearance than it looks like in these pictures. I'm gonna say 1" is the closest spot which is drastically better than my last setup

Finally got a chance to work on the Charger again. Got the intake bolted on, wired it up, hooked up fuel lines, programmed it, tried to start it and it would fire up but immediately die. I changed the idle screw on throttle body and it fired up. Set the timing, idle, and IAC and she was ready to go. I'm still changing/modifying some things so I can't drive it yet, but the throttle response seems great.
