L31 engine

I have a 1999 Tahoe 2DR 2WD with stock L31 engine and 4L60E transmission. I would like to increase the hp to 350 - 400. I don't mind changing the cam or adding headers if necessary. Will the Pro Flo XT work in this type of configuration with my current ECU?

Your engine uses Central Port injection, so there isn't much commonality with a true multipoint injection system like Pro-Flo. You'd need our ECU to run it.

If you have the ability to re-tune your computer you might try a set of our E-tec 170 heads and a camshaft. This way you can keep your stock intake manifold and injection system.
