Carb on victor efi intake?

i have the victor efi, and im wondering if i can run a carb on it for the engine dyno? is it internally different then a regular victor, specially made just for air?
if possible what do i use to plug the injector holes.

No significant differences. Do you have injectors and rails? If so, just install them and cap the rail fittings.
