Like I said before, it's extremely difficult to tune an engine without being there to do it. The engine will stall entering the idle condition for one or a combination of the following problems:

Too lean
Too rich
Idle feedback control too slow
Not enough air (base throttle opening closed too much)

Since the idle function seems ok most of the time, you probably don't want to modify anything using the calibration module since these changes will affect the idle tune all the time. You need to tune the transition area entering idle. This can be done in the bEditor software. My changes have been guesses since I really can't tell without being there what the problem is. The cal module display in your video clips is helpful but it doesn't tell the whole story. This is why we include the bEditor software in the system. You have the tools to fix this problem. You will just have to experiment with different changes until you get it right. This is part of the process.

The following links will allow you to download some documents that should help you understand the tuning procedures using bEditor. There is also a help file accessible through the bEditor top menu.

Also attached is a file called CONTROL.def. Save this in the folder you are using to save calibration files. Over-write the one that is there. This file will allow you to view all tuning tables and constants.

In the Edelbrock Pro Flo EFI Calibration Selection Guide I found:

Kit #35310 – Pro Flo 2 System for ’70-’91 AMC/Jeep V8 (29 lb/hr injectors)
Calibration #3548
File Name: 3548.TAB
Strategy: MAP-N
Displacement: 401 cu-in
Compression Ratio: 9.5:1
Injectors: 29 lb/hr pico, 43 psi (vacuum referenced)
Heads: Edelbrock #60139 – 185cc intake port volume
Cam: Edelbrock #2132 - 204°@.050”, 112° Lobe Sep.
Intake: Edelbrock Pro Flo 2
Throttle Body: Edelbrock Pro Flo 2 – 1000 cfm, PWM IAC
Fuel: 91 octane

with the Map 3548 and fuel Injection @12 and 18@ at 1000RPM -30° (with Cal-Modul) the Idle is almost ok and the engine dont stop after coasting mode but is it not to lean?

If it runs a little better with that cal, go ahead and use it. There is no reason not to.

Displayed on the calibration module, (Second Data Screen). The displayed value represents the amount of air that is bypassing the
throttle blades of the air valve, Normal values range from 5% to 75%. This ensures that the computer can increase or decrease the idle
air flow to control idle speed.

Why 105% is it correct?

105% is fine. 200% is max. To bypass less IAC air at idle, adjust the throttle blades more open.
