Victor Plate System upgrades

What is the best and cheapest way to upgrade to a Victor crossbar plate system for a 4500 carb? I have a Performer RPM system and a NOS Bigshot kit I would like to combine these to form a dual stage kit with the performer stage being 200hp or less and the Bigshot kit being 300hp or less. Thanks for the help.

If you have all the parts for those two kits all you have to purchase is the Victor Jr. Plate Kit part #70015. Combine the two kits plumbing one too each side.
