Larger Injectors

I currently have a Pro-Flo EFI #3509, 29#/hr injectors, on a 440 Dodge engine. The machine shop claims the engine should produce 500-550 HP. I’m planning to have the engine Dyno tuned soon but I’m considering increasing the injectors to 35#/hr injectors. Do I need to have a new eprom chip?

If you replace the 29's with 35's. you just need to remove an additional 19% from the global fuel setting. This will adjust for the additional fuel added with the larger injectors. You don't need another chip.
