I have tried the idle procedure posted to no avail. The rpm will not go below 1100 with the idle screw backed all the way out. I can adjust the spark and fuel to bring it down, but with it in gear the engine bogs and stalls. I have about 13-15 " of vac @ 1100 rpm. I have checked and double checked for vacuum leaks. I have tried numerous combinations of spark and fuel and can get idle to about 900 with some surging. the idle activity goes from around 60% in neutral to 199% when in gear and then dies. please advise!

What are your camshaft specifications? Specifically, intake duration at 0.050" lift and lobe separation angle.
What calibration file did you start with?
What Pro Flo 2 kit part number do you have?
What kind of vehicle is it?

I have a 35000 in a 350 SB with rpm heads and 7102 rpm cam, 700r4 in a cj7 i started with the base calibration. The engine has approx. 1000 miles, ran very well. I live at 6600 ft. see attached photo. The engine seems to run very smooth off idle, responsive and with no hesitation.
Thanks

Have you tried the procedure in the post above? If not, give it a try and let us know if it helps. If that doesn't help, we may be able to send you a custom cal with slightly different control gains for the idle function.
On a different subject, we noticed where you have the fuel pump mounted. Is the pump inlet below the bottom of the fuel tank? If not, you may have problems. Those pumps do not work very well when they have to lift fuel. They need to have a gravity feed.

thats a filter, the pump is back by the tank. I have tried that procedure and cannot get it to work.

With the key on, if you hit the enter key from the main screen on the cal module, it will list the current calibration. If you didn't change anything, it probably will say 3514. If you can confirm that, we can send you a version of that cal that is slightly modified. This may help the idle performance.

Give this a try. Save it to your PC. Unzip it. Save it in your c:/Power to Win/Maps directory then follow the instructions to load it into your ECU using eFlash. It wouldn't be a bad idea to repeat the idle set up procedure as well. This cal is set up a little different for idle.

If you are in the car, turn the key off and back on. If you are using the power adapter, unplug it from the wall and plug it back in.

After you cycle the power, just hit OK to continue.
