I have the pro flo 2 35000 efi. I also have the mallory 6148201 distributor. I would like to know which mallory ignition amplifier and coil will work with the 35000 and distributor. I was told the 6853m and 30440 coil would work but I see the hy fire 6 notes that it doesn't work with the hall effect. Does the 35000ecu compensate for this or translate the signal?
The 35000 instruction book shows a msd 6 al wiring diagrram. One rep told me if you can use an msd, you can use a mallory 6853m. Another rep told me I might use a mallory #6855m. I would like to know which ignition combination will work in harmony with the 35000 efi system.
