Is it possible to piece together a complete EFI set-up for my 428 with the parts you have available now, or would it be wiser to wait until you offer a complete kit. If so whenn will that be?

Yes, you could put one together. We are in process of making a kit, it should be available just after the first of the year.
Here are some part numbers you could build you own with;
29365 Manifold with 4150 flange.
3632 Fuel rail kit.
3619 Rail stands for Pico (short) injectors.
Chose injectors based on expected power.
3853 29lb/hr (450hp or so)
3636 35lb/hr (550hp or so)
3684 44lb/hr (600hp or so)
3686 60lb/hr (800hp or so)
38783 1000cfm throttle body
35110 Electronics kit (Ford)
Fuel pump and regulator kit; 35943, 17903 or 17943.
You can get a distributor from Mallory, you would have to call them and tell them it is for a Edelbrock ProFlo system.
There are some other small items you would need like vacuum fittings, fuel line, etc, but this is the major components.
