I have a Chevy Blazer with:

383 Crate motor
aluminum 68cc 2.02 angle plug heads
headers
Pro-Flow EFI with 3513 Chip
Comp Cams Dual Energy Hydraulic
.462 In 219 deg .482 Ex 229 deg

History:

Pro-flow was bought off eBay, it had been sitting. In the process of trying to get it to run, *everything* was replaced except the throttle body, manifold and fuel rails. Everything was bought from Edelbrock or recommended by Edelbrock. After that a rebuilt computer was installed.

I have tuned it to where it will start, idle and drive around pretty well.

I have Global fuel at +8, every individual fuel setting at +6
It still shows lean all the time (except at idle) and has no power.
I never get an amber, only red or green, (green when I let off the gas)
I think I read here somewhere that it was a tri-color LED, but like I say I've never seen amber.
The read-out box works fine, no freezes or restarts

So -

Do I have the right Chip?
Do I keep going up with Global fuel? I don't know if the individual settings are added to the Global or what?

Or does it sound like something else is wrong?
Fuel pressure is good at 54 pounds.

Global fuel modifies the entire map. I would suggest tuning the individual points rather than keep bumping the global up because you will get one area good and the rest may not be as good.

Ok that worked pretty well, I bumped everything up to 24%, and backed the Global off to 8%, it stayed rich the whole time, and has the power it should. Now I guess I should work on the individual settings until the LED goes back and forth between red and green? It does this at idle, another mechnic buddy says that's what it's supposed to do -
