Im dissapointed with the software in the efi pro flo2 system that it would not communicate with windows 7, the new version of windows. I just purchaced a new laptop to tune my vehicle and now I have to down grade my operating system or wait "months" for edelbrock to get windows 7 to do something about it. The new windows 7 is less than 150 bucks that seems like nothing compaired to the thousands I spend to get the system. The EFI tech department has been great and this in no way reflects them! just stay ahead of the game or have more upset customers.

There is no reason why it won't work with Windows 7. We have a Win 7 machine here and it works fine. Someone told you it won't? If you have a USB to serial adapter, you have to use the Windows Vista version of the driver in order for the comms to work.

I spoke with jeff in the efi tech department and he told me you do not even have a windows 7 version and that it would be months untill you did. If you dont mind can I call you to set up my computer to work. when I go into the device manager and go to the usb to serial adapter is says the driver wont work, Ive updated the drivers and found it still the same. Im very happy to see you do have the new version and it works. Please help.

The new windows 7 driver link is now posted on the edelbrock webpage. The driver works great but on my computer it works on port 3. Thanks for the help.
